About Short-Lease

Short Lease and it’s sister organisation are operated by Paul & Jacqui Gilligan. Between us we have over 60 years experience in the vehicle leasing industry. Paul was Managing Director of Eden Vehicle Rentals (EVR) building it from under 20 vehicles in 1976 to over 13000 in 1999 when it was sold to National Australia Bank and re-named Custom Fleet. We believe our task is to advise our clients on the best solutions for their vehicle operations, not to sell them a set product.

Three years ago Paul and Jacqui spotted a gap in the market for a product to sit between Daily Rental and Long term Contract Hire. Short Lease was born and over 1000 transactions have taken place since. Cars include Fleet & Prestige. They also have a fantastic NEW UNLIMITED MILEAGE FULLY MAINTAINED CAR & VAN 6 MONTH CONTRACT. Ideal for couriers and seasonal work.

Many customers are unaware of the financial penalties of ending a long term contract early. Typically to end a 36 month contract half way through will cost the customer OVER £5000!!
